In times of high volume (such as: during promotions, limited releases, Black Friday, etc.) shipping may be delayed. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email, a shipping confirmation email, that contains your shipment's tracking number.
Orders are delivered by U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
